- 4 large eggs scrambled
- 1/2 large roasted red pepper chopped
- 1/8 cup whole milk works well with milk of your choice
- dash salt
- dash black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
Scramble 4 eggs on a medium hot nonstick skillet, then stir in roasted red peppers, salt, pepper, and oregano. Garnish with 1/2 tbs crumbled feta cheese.
