Watermelon Lime Smoothie
- 2 cup frozen watermelon chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbs fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbs pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbs flax seed meal
- 5-6 ice cubes add more or less until you reach your desired consistency
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
