Frozen strawberries and bananas make this thick and creamy drink taste just like you are drinking a strawberry milkshake. All of the taste with none of the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 teasp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seed meal
  • ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
