Ingredients

  • 4 tbs amino acids
  • 4 tbs creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbs molasses
  • 4 tbs rice vinegar
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 4 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp hot sauce preferably Chinese hot sauce; use more or less to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbs water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Use in your favorite Chinese food recipe.
