Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 tbs water
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger peeled and and grated
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • dash crushed red pepper more or less to taste
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and use a whisk to mix well.

Recipe Notes

If fresh pineapple is not available, use unsweetened canned pineapple.

If fresh ginger is not available, substitute 1/2 tsp ground ginger--use more or less to taste.
