Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen orange slices
  • 1 Tbs golden flax seed meal
  • 1 cup ice cubes add more or less to reach your desired consistency
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
