Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place dressing ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until everything well combined.

      This dressing IS fabulous! I have used it as a marinade for chicken, and tonight, we had fish for dinner. I drizzled some on my fish and it was so tasty. When you make it, stop by again and let me know how you liked it.
