Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tbs coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbs raw honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients together. Place on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely and then store in an air tight container.

Recipe Notes

If granola isn't lightly browned after 10 minutes, stir and continue to bake but check every 5 minutes.
