- 1/2 cup shredded boneless chicken breast
- 2 tbs prepared salsa verde see links below for the recipe
- 1/2 cup red cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup carrot grated
- 1/2 cup tomato diced
- 2 tbsp Guacamole Dip see link below for the recipe
- 2 6 inch corn tortillas
Heat tortillas for 20 seconds on each side over an open flame, or according to package instructions.
Divide chicken evenly between two tortillas
Mix together, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and tomato. Divide mixture evenly over tortillas.
Drizzle 1 tbs Salsa Verde over each taco.
Top each taco with 1 tbsp Guacamole Dip
