  1. This broccoli salad was absolutely delicious!!!! I am not typically a fan of dried cranberries, but they added a whole new depth of flavor to this dish. I could eat this every single day for lunch! So simple, quick, nutritious, and tasty. I can’t wait to make this for my family so they have another way to get in their fair share of fresh, raw veggies.
    Thank you for this recipe!!

    1. Hi Nina,
Thanks for stopping by! This broccoli salad has quickly become a family favorite. I don’t typically enjoy eating dried cranberries either; however, in this recipe, they add color as well as a small amount of tartness. For a little extra flavor and crunch, you can add some crumbled bacon on top. I have taken this salad to several potluck get-togethers, and it has always been a hit. In fact, I usually don’t have left overs. When you share this with your family, please come back and let me know how they liked it.

  2. WOW Broccoli Salad this is a lovely salad I could prepare ready for my work lunches. As you suggested as a meal on its own or I would love to include tuna or salmon. I have vegetarian friends, and I am always looking for simple and tasty dishes. As a lot of us are time poor, no need to cook is also an added benefit to this salad.
I also found including the nutrition facts helpful.

    1. Hello Helen and Cleopatra,

This broccoli salad is amazing. I love broccoli; however, I don’t usually enjoy it as a salad. I think one of the reasons I love this salad s much is that the broccoli is chopped into small pieces and there are lots of other interesting flavors mixed. This salad will definitely be my “go to” salad this summer. I love that there is no mayonnaise, making it easier to keep on a warm summer day.

    1. Hi Jackie,

You will find that most of my recipes are easy to make. I figure what’s the point of sharing a recipe if most people won’t be able to make it. Some of my recipes might be a bit more difficult; however, I am more than willing to answer questions. I want to be as helpful as I can. Thank you for reading my story. It has been a journey of many ups and downs and it isn’t complete yet. You said you want healthy eating to become a lifestyle. This is a great attitude to have.
