This smoothie recipe is a great way to kick-start your morning with fresh fruits, vegetables, and an added boost of fiber.



  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 2 medium frozen bananas


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
