Ingredients

  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbs graham cracker crumbs about a half a sheet
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp spice blend see below in the instructs how to make spice blend

Instructions

To Make Spice Blend

  1. mix together the following spices:

    2 tbs ground cinnamon, 1 tbs ground ginger, 2 tsp ground nutmeg, 2 tsp ground cloves. 

    Store left over spice blend in an air tight container.

To Make Smoothie

  1. Place all ingredients except graham cracker crumbs into a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses (about a cup each). Sprinkle each smoothie with graham cracker crumbs. Serve
