A delicious breakfast treat that tastes just like banana cream pie--but without the calories and added sugar.
- 1 large banana frozen
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbs graham cracker crumbs about a half a sheet
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp spice blend see below in the instructs how to make spice blend
To Make Spice Blend
mix together the following spices:
2 tbs ground cinnamon, 1 tbs ground ginger, 2 tsp ground nutmeg, 2 tsp ground cloves.
Store left over spice blend in an air tight container.
To Make Smoothie
Place all ingredients except graham cracker crumbs into a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses (about a cup each). Sprinkle each smoothie with graham cracker crumbs. Serve
