Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbs pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 5-6 ice cubes add more or less to reach your desired consistency
