Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 2 Tbs cocoa powder
  • 4 Tbs PB Fit you can substitute 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 Tbs pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 5-6 ice cubes use more or less to reach your desired consistency
