Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 2 Tbs cocoa powder
- 4 Tbs PB Fit you can substitute 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 Tbs pure maple syrup
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond milk
- 5-6 ice cubes use more or less to reach your desired consistency
